Causes - Chronic Constipation

Many people suffer from CHRONIC CONSTIPATION for years before their problems are resolved.

The Pelvic Floor can be overactive and the muscles may not release sufficiently for the motion to pass. Further pushing against the tight muscles can cause further tension in the Pelvic Floor and a cycle ensues leading to development of trigger points, further dysfunction and possible even organ descent.

This condition is called DEFECATION DYSFUNCTION OR BOWEL DYSFUNCTION. This will often be associated with dietary changes.
