

Exercise Overview
By carrying out a regular exercise program you can train your pelvic floor back to good health. Remember as explained in the 'New Physiotherapy Approach' our exercise focus on achieving maximum release of the pelvic floor. Only when we have done this can we look toward strengthening.
Section 1 - Release
This section contains 7 exercises. It is important for you to be able to release fully before you begin strengthening. Please make sure you give a lot of time to this set of exercises.
