Exercise overview
By carrying out a regular exercise program you can train your pelvic floor back to good health. Remember as explained in the 'new physiotherapy approach' our focus on achieving maximum release of the pelvic floor and only then moving on to strengthening.
Section 1 - Release
This section contains 7 exercises. It is important for you to be able to release fully before you begin strengthening. Please make sure you give a lot of time to this set of exercises.
Section 2 - Strengthening
This section contains an additional 6 exercises.
Approach
- This is not a quick fix - You must put time into changing your pelvic floor
- It is important for you to make the time and space to concentrate when you are doing the exercises. Your pelvic muscles are mostly deep muscles and connecting with them requires concentration

- Please take the time to study our Exercise Schedule and ensure you are carrying out the exercises with sufficient regularity
